Review of the Wanamaker Playhouse production of The Four Seasons: A Re-imagining. Max Richter “re-composed” Vivaldi’s Four Seasons in 2012. His version is performed live with the addition of a narrative puppet theatre by Gyre& Gimble. Magical, and playing until late April too.

Review of The Rivals by Richard Brinsley Sheridan (1775) at the Watermill Theatre. A fast, extremely funny version with a superb cast and great adaptation. Well worth the journey to this beautiful theatre set in the countryside.

Review of the Royal Shakespeare Company production of The Duchess of Malfi, directed by Maria Aberg. The production has been noted for its unprecedented quantity of blood on stage, but what struck me were the great performances, dancing and music. A five star review. Joan Iyiola as the Duchess. Alexander Cobb as twin brother, Ferdinand.
