Dear Mr. Peter Viney
My name is Ritsuko Furukawa from Japan and I’ve been a great fan of King Crimson since I was a high school student.
I have read about your beautiful tribute to Mr.John Wetton and it was deeply touched my heart.
John was very popular here in Japan and many of Japanese fans mourned about his death.
Mr Akiyoshi Takayama, one of Japanese fan, is planning to have a John’s memorial rally in Tokyo, on 10th of June, two days before John’s birthday.
I want to share your tribute with other fans attending this event in Japanese, because it’s a long story and it takes time to read it through for us.
So could you give me a permission to translate this story into Japanase and share with other fans.
Off course I will show the reference source and share this only to the fans attending the memorial rally.
I would be very happy if you understand my feelings.
Thank you
Ritsuko Furukawa
